Why reps reach for it

Sell more, type less.

FASTER

Speaking runs near 220 wpm; typing crawls at ~45. Log the call before you've left the parking lot.

Faithful, not fiction

Dictate strips the "um"s — never your numbers, commitments, or facts. The note in the CRM is what was actually said.

Works in your CRM & inbox

Text lands at your cursor in HubSpot, your CRM of choice, Gmail, your inbox, Slack — anywhere with a field.

Four dedicated keys

Dictate, Translate, Ask, and Polish — each on its own hotkey. The right tool for the moment, no menu.

A deal, scene by scene

One keypress, six moments.

Scroll through a deal — watch the right key step in at each turn.

Dictate

Right after the call

Talk the call note straight into the CRM while it's fresh. Saytomo strips the "um"s and false starts — and keeps every number, name, and commitment exactly as you said it. Faithful, never invented.

Polish

The follow-up email

Say what you want to send, rambling and all. Polish turns it into a warm, on-brand email — clearer phrasing, your meaning and claims kept exactly. It never invents an offer you didn't make.

Ask · selection

Reply in the thread

Select your rough draft, press Ask, and say "make this warmer and shorter." It rewrites in place. REPLACE is sentinel-safe — if it's unsure, it just answers in a panel, and your draft is never clobbered on a guess.

Translate

A cross-border deal

Speak it in English; send it in the buyer's language. Translate dictates and translates in one step — and your account names, product names, and figures are preserved, not translated. 40+ languages.

Names, spelled right

Add your accounts, contacts, and product names to the personal dictionary once. Say them and they snap to the exact spelling — PipelineIQ, every time. The thing generic tools always mangle.

Ask

Recap from your notes

"Draft a recap email from these notes." Mumble the rough idea and get back a clean, structured prompt — ready to paste into ChatGPT or Claude with your AI of choice doing the writing.

Where the time really goes

Selling was never the slow part.

You're great on the call. Then the after-call admin — the note, the CRM update, the follow-up — eats the time you should be spending on the next conversation.

The CRM goes stale

Notes typed hours later — or never. By then the detail that closes the deal is already half-forgotten.

Follow-ups pile up

A dozen "I'll send it over" emails owed by end of day — each one a blank cursor and a context-switch.

Hours, every week

Not spent in front of buyers — spent typing, formatting, and keeping the pipeline up to date by hand.

Only Saytomo

Built for how deals actually run.

The guarantees that matter when your words are on the line with a buyer.

Per-app tone

A terse line in the CRM, a warm note in the email — Saytomo reads the app you're in and matches the tone. Set it once globally or per app; tone is contractions and punctuation, never your words.

Translate for global deals

Sell across borders in 40+ languages — speak once, send in the buyer's language. Account names, product names, and figures are preserved, not translated.

Faithful by default

Your notes stay your notes. Dictate is reductive only — it never "improves" a call into something that wasn't said. The CRM record reflects the conversation, not a model's guess.

Sentinel-safe REPLACE

When you ask Ask to rewrite a selected draft, it only replaces on an explicit signal. Unsure? It just answers — it never clobbers your text on a guess.

Private by default

Call content is sensitive, and we treat it that way. Audio is processed in the moment and never stored; transcripts aren't retained server-side; and nothing you dictate is ever used to train a model. Nothing is read passively — Saytomo only captures what you speak, when you press the key.

Works where you sell

Your whole stack, by voice.

Roughly five times faster, word for word. Across a week of call notes, follow-ups, and replies, that gap is hours back — an estimate that scales with how much you write.

Sales questions

The short answers.

Does it work in my CRM and Gmail / Outlook?
Yes. Saytomo types cleaned text at your cursor in essentially any Mac app with a text field — HubSpot and your CRM of choice, Gmail, Outlook, your inbox, Slack, Notion, and more. There's no integration to install and no API to connect; it works at the OS level, wherever you put the cursor.
Is my call content stored or used to train models?
No. Audio is processed in the moment and never stored. Transcripts aren't retained on our servers, and nothing you dictate is ever used to train a model. When you use Ask on a selection, only that selected text is sent for that one request — nothing is read passively or in the background. The full subprocessor list is on the privacy page.
Can it translate for global deals?
Yes. The dedicated Translate key dictates and translates in one step across 40+ languages — speak in English, send in the buyer's language. Your account names, product names, and figures are preserved, not translated, and it handles Simplified ⇄ Traditional Chinese in Taiwan glyphs.
Will it embellish my notes?
No — that's the whole point. The default Dictate path is faithful and reductive only: it removes the "um"s and false starts, but it never adds, rephrases, or "improves" a claim into something you didn't say. Your numbers, commitments, and facts stay exactly as spoken. Polish (opt-in) can tighten phrasing on a follow-up while still keeping your meaning and claims exact, and it never translates.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — 2,000 words a week on a rolling 7-day window, no credit card, free forever. If you want no weekly limit and unlimited assistant keys, Pro is $13/month (or $11/month billed annually). macOS 13+, Apple Silicon and Intel. See full details on the pricing page.
